Sports: Man United meet over £130m target, Hazard off

MAN UNITED MET WITH LAZIO OVER MILINKOVIC-SAVIC

We are not familiar with Il Messaggero, but don’t let that dampen your spirits. They claim that they have inside information on Manchester United’s possible move for Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

Il Messaggero say that Lazio met with officials from Manchester United and Real Madrid to discuss a possible move for the midfielder. They say meetings took place last Friday, and could result in bids from one or both clubs.

It is reportedly going to take an offer of £130m to prise Milinkovic-Savic away from Lazio. If that is the case, Manchester United would be bloody foolish to prioritise him over other positions within the team. Particularly given that they have already signed Fred.
