Ogun State Government has reiterated its determination towards ensuring a conducive and safe learning environment for students across the state,  as it constituted a committee to conduct integrity tests on various school infrastructures. 

A 32-year-old suspected armed robbery kingpin, terrorizing residents of the border areas of Lagos and Ogun communities, has been arrested. The suspect, Obani Desmond, had severally escaped arrest until Wednesday, July 12, 2023, when the law of retribution caught up with him while attempting to infiltrate into a building at 2, Ayo Ogunbanwo Street, Abule-Iroko in the Ado-Odo Ota Local Government Area. 

Agbado Oke Aro, Ogun State - Agbado Oke Aro High School in Ogun State suffered a devastating collapse during heavy rainfall on the 15th of July Saturday morning. Thankfully, no one was inside the building at the time. Urgent assistance is now being sought from Governor Dapo Abiodun to address the situation.
