Governor Dapo Abiodun Welcomes Brazilian Energy Giant to Ogun State

In line with our Light Up Ogun State initiative, we hosted Ƃmbar Energia, a leading energy company from Brazil, to explore investment opportunities in our state’s power sector.
Their delegation, led by CEO Marcelo Zanatta Estevam, toured some of our generation facilities and engaged in discussions on potential collaborations to boost electricity supply in Ogun State. With an impressive portfolio of 27 power plants utilizing biogas, hydro, solar, and gas, Ƃmbar Energia brings valuable expertise that aligns with our vision for a sustainable energy future.
This visit reflects our commitment to leveraging the opportunities presented by the Electricity Act signed by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, as we continue to drive Ogun State’s energy revolution.

Ogun State is open for business, and we are ready to welcome investors who will contribute to our growth and development!
