Odò Pákó Box Culvert Approach Collapses After Heavy Rainfall

The approach to the Odò Pákó connecting box culvert has collapsed following heavy rainfall on March 24, 2025.

Motorists and road users are advised to seek alternative routes to avoid disruptions and potential hazards.

This incident highlights the urgent need for intervention from both the Ogun and Lagos State governments to address the situation and ensure safe passage for commuters.

Since the reconstruction of Anglican Road by Senator Olamilekan Solomon (YAYI), the route has significantly eased traffic flow for inbound travelers from Lagos into Ogun State via the Ray Power and Amikanle axis. However, the collapse of this critical link now threatens the convenience it once provided.
